Wölffer Kitchen, a bohemian restaurant in the heart of Amagansett, offers a creative menu using local ingredients. The space is designed to transport visitors to the islands, as tropical wallpaper, gold accents, and pastel colors decorate the dining room and menu items include margarita pizza, salmon with black lentils and coconut curry, and prime ribeye with sweet potato puree. 

Rosie’s is the place for traditional American food with a twist. Appealing to all palates, Rosie’s has something on the menu for everyone. The restaurant is known for bringing people together and has become an Amagansett favorite for parties and celebrations. Their menu includes locally sourced ingredients, made possible by excellent community partnerships with local farmers, and features dishes like aged cheese with raw honey for an appetizer, smoked chicken for dinner, and homemade pies and ice cream for dessert. 

Tucked between East Hampton and Amagansett, Moby’s offers a coastal Italian menu of fresh salads, seasonal vegetables, and homemade pasta on a rotating menu. Their dining space is picture-perfect, with an expansive lawn with long tables, white tablecloths, and twinkling patio lights. Moby’s has quickly become Hamptons’ favorite spot for families, romantic date nights, and celebrations. They offer private event space for rent and feature a small market for quick bites.

Make a dinner reservation at Main Street Tavern, a cozy neighborhood spot for delicious meals and warm service. This beloved local restaurant takes great pride in its quality meals and excellent service. Be sure to try the homemade mozzarella sticks or the popular Tavern burger, and choose to eat indoors or out in the Beer Garden during the warmer months. 

Things to Do

The hub of the neighborhood and famed local meeting spot, Amagansett Square is home to boutique shops, excellent dining, and beautiful green space. Frequently used for community events, the Square is where everything happens in Amagansett. Browse the boutiques, grab coffee with friends, and enjoy the sunshine! 

Amagansett has several gorgeous, family-friendly beaches in its neighborhood. Indian Wells Beach is home to the Nature Conservancy’s Atlantic Double Dunes, an ecological reserve, and features beautifully maintained beaches, lifeguard access, and food trucks during the summer. Another favorite spot to enjoy the water is Atlantic Avenue Beach. Located a bit further along the coast, this beach is quiet, private, and features an awesome concession stand.
